  • Dates are TBD but the next retreat will be Spring/Summer of 2024

  • No! → We have you do pretraining before the event so you have an understanding of all of the tools, the retreat will be focused on using the tools and refining your skills as a coach!

  • We suggest taking the modules incrementally, and not binging for the best absorption of material. There are about 18-20 hours of education inside of the certification, that you will need to complete before IRL.

  • No, we encourage all who are in a mentorship, leadership or wanting to become a coach join us for this experience to enhance your ability to lead.

  • We will be hosting our next Retreat Spring 2024 in Park City, Utah & would love to have you then! You can still apply & then upon acceptance you can let us know your availability!

  • YES! Extended payment plans up to 18 months are available. If you choose an extended payment plan 25% of your tuition will be due within 30 days of the retreat date.

  • Absolutely! Not only will you be getting personalized coaching for your business at IRL from skilled business coaches, you will also have access to our Business 101 training with online education from Tara Kirby you will have instant and forever access to when you register!
