Hello, I'm Dawn Patton! I'm a numbers enthusiast, milkshake-a-holic, total introvert.

I have my bachelors and masters in accounting, I'm an Enrolled Agent, a certified life and business coach, and, like you, I'm also an entrepreneur. So, when I say "I get it", it's because I really do!

When I first started my coaching business I was in a major internal battle with myself:

I wanted to grow a successful coaching business & have 10K months be my norm, but I was also terrified of how much I would have to pay in taxes if I was making 6 figures a year.
I wanted to be taken seriously as a business owner, but I was confused at what type of business I should register as: LLC, sole proprietorship, S-corp, entities were scary!

I was subconsciously stopping my ability to grow my business because of fear, fear that would have been blown out of the water. Looking back I wish I would have met Dawn Patton, CFO & Accounting sooner. Dawn helped me confidently step into the role of CEO & successful coach by helping me understand what it takes to be a “legit” and legal business, how I should register my business and how much I really need to save month to month for tax season!
